What Fun!!!

We had soooo much fun on Christmas!! Christmas Eve we went to an incredible church service at Central Christian! The music was so moving; it made me cry. After church Jack wanted to sleep with Grammy. Quickly I had to find a reason why that wasn't going to work. I said, "On Christmas eve all of the little boys and girls have to sleep in their own beds. When Santa flys around town, he peeks in the kid's windows to make sure they are asleep before he can leave their presents!" He said o.k. I'll sleep in my bed, but we need to keep my shutters open so that he can see me!":) Little feet came to visit our room at 5:45a.m. and he said "Mommy I just can't sleep any longer. I'm too excited." So we woke up Kate and head downstairs. Immediatley he says " This is incredible! I must have been a really good boy this year. Look at all these presents!"

Kate had fun ripping open the paper and loves her doll and puppy. Now that she's able to sit up, she's been entertaining herself quite nicely with all of her new toys. She such a little sweetie!

Matt and I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful little family. We love watching our children discover the magic of Christmas and all it has to offer. We were also able to provide small gifts for needy families, which taught Jack that Christmas is about giving and receiving. Next year should be even more fun when Kate really gets into the spirit!!
